Only 3% of council homes sold in Hull replaced since 2015

Only 3% of council homes in Hull sold off under Right to Buy have been replaced since 2015, analysis by the Liberal Democrats has revealed. In total 490 council homes in the city have been sold off since April 2015, while just 15 have been built under the government's replacement scheme.
