We must stop Reform UK
In Hull, it's the Lib Dems who can beat them
After last year’s Hull Mayoral race - elections are different here now. There were just 1,400 votes in Hull between the Lib Dems and Reform UK. Labour’s vote in Hull collapsed - they were over 10,000 votes behind in third.
Local elections in Hull are very different now after last May’s Mayoral race. Labour support has collapsed, and it's between the Lib Dems and Reform UK.
Nigel Farage came to Hull in March and declared he wants to hold the balance of power in Hull after May's election. The threat of Reform UK getting a foothold on Hull City Council is very real.
Support for Labour has collapsed to record lows - they finished third across Hull in last May’s election, and local and national polling says it's just as bad for Labour this year.
An opinion poll by a respected national polling organisation published their MRP poll for Hull on 15th April 2026. They say it's neck and neck between the Lib Dems and Reform - even closer than last year's mayoral result.
Last year's result, and this new poll, both show that the only way to beat Reform UK in Hull is to vote Lib Dem now. Labour support has collapsed and the Green Party are too far behind to win.
Don't just take our word for it, either. You can see the MRP Poll for yourself here on JL Partners' website.
And across Britain, the Lib Dems have the best track record of beating Reform in local council by-elections.
So please, pledge your vote to the Lib Dems this time. It's the only way to beat Reform UK in Hull.
Your vote can stop Farage this May
