Lib Dem councillors have condemned the decision by the Labour administration to spend another £240,000 on consultants.
At a meeting of Council next Thursday Lib Dem councillors will condemn the £240,000 spend and call for further cuts to libraries and Customer Service Centres to stop.

Local councillors have worked to get the Wold Road and County Road South area tided after complaints from residents.
A number of residents in the area had complained to local councillor Ruth Payne about the state of grass verges and footpaths in the area.
Ruth along with Boothferry ward's other councillors, Helena Clay and Karen Woods, arranged for the area to be tided.

On Monday 8 December 2014 Derringham ward held its first Flood Bus.
Many residents attended the event where they were able to ask questions to representatives from Yorkshire Water, the Environment Agency, the Council’s Floods Team and local Councillors.

Concerns have been raised about parking while events are on in East Park.
Holderness ward councillor Jackie Dad has raised residents concerns about the parking after receiving reports about over parking and confrontation.
In recent months concerns has grown about the lack of marshalling and controlled parking. This has led to dangerous parking, blocked drives, confrontation and reduced access to the roads around the park whilst events are on.

Opposition councillors have attacked Hull’s Labour administration for spending another £25,000 on consultants looking into the boundary issue.
Recently the Council agreed to pay consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers £25,000 to: “explore the potential options and benefits in relation to a merger scenario of the administrations of Hull City Council and East Riding Council.”

Dave said: “Like many of my friends and neighbours in the Beverley Road area, I'm genuinely saddened every time I go past the site of the former Wheelhouse Pub on Beverley Road.
